Refund policy

1. We dont have any cancellation policy, you any generic issue ocurrs then we will entertain the return of order. 
2. If you have used any coupon code. Cancellation wont be possible. 
3. All refund's will not include any shipping charges.
4. Customers can cancel their order within 1 hours of placing it by emailing care@ganeshmobilegalaxy.in with the subject line "Cancel - order no." & get 50% refund. ( Only Between 10 to 5 from. monday to friday ).
5. Refund amount will be credited to the source account.
6. Refund processing time is 7 to 14 Working days, and it may take up to 14 business days to reflect in the customer's bank account. 

• If the customer requests to cancel the product after shipping, 70% of the order value will be deducted, and the remaining value will be credited to the source account.
• The deduction covers material, labor charges, and packaging expenses incurred by the company.

Cancellation of Delivered Products:

• If the cancellation is requested after delivery & within 2 hours, 80% of the order value will be charged per product for return and handling charges if a refund to the customer's bank account is desired. Charges may vary depending on the product. Shipping charges will no refunded. 
• If the cancellation is requested after delivery's next day then 90% of the order value will be charged.Shipping charges will no refunded. 
• Refund will be initiated after we will get the product back to our Address : Ganesh mobile galaxy, Shop-1 , on odhav canal, Odhav Rd, opp. Hotel Balaji Nr, Odhav, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 382415.
